This morning the papers were dominated by a variety of headlines including PPS numbers, more Graham Dwyer and the latest on teacher demands.

The Irish Times led with the story of over 1,500 asylum seekers who may benefit from proposals, that is the right to reside here, fast tracking the way for those who have been residing here. The paper also highlighted the Dunnes workers who have had their hours reduced or changed due to the strike.

The Irish Independent featured the story about a private firm who will get PPS and banking details for water grant and the Boston bombing trial.

The Irish Examiner leads with teachers who want paid leave for assaults by pupils and a picture of Niall Horan working for Rory McIlroy yesterday. They also reported on a possible ban on cars in Cork City centre.

The tabloids lead with the Wall Street banker who raped an Irish student, thousands who have their dole cut while the Irish Daily Star led with Nevin's pub fight.

Have I Got News for You? is back for it's 49th series as Chris pointed out with a guest appearance from Daniel Radcliffe.

Chris also discussed a teacher who has threatened to go on hunger strike while Shane discussed a report that being short apparently increases your risk of heart disease.

Shane highlighted a story from Katie Byrne in which she identified the eight habits of really "bi**hy" women. Shane was quite taken with a "nonpliment". Chris responded: "Just team up and get that b**tch. Don't take that!"
