150 new jobs are on the way to Dublin.
PayPal is creating the positions at their existing European operations and customer service HQ in Blanchardstown.
The company is recruiting full and part time staff who are fluent in English and a second European language.
More than 1,200 people already work at the site.
PayPal was acquired by eBay in October 2002 and is based in California, USA.
