A 17-year-old youth appeared in court last night charged with the murder of David Byrne in Dublin last month.
The 19-year-old was attacked in the car park of an apartment block in Emmet Court in Inchicore on March 19th.
He was stabbed several times in the side and back and died later in hospital.
The 17-year old who appeared in court cannot be named due to his age.
He was remanded in custody to appear before the Children’s Court on April 28th.
