The sister of an Irishman who drowned after a night out in Amsterdam says her family will be taking action against the Dutch authorities.
The family of Paul Nolan-Miralles were forced to recover the remains of his body from a canal after the police there called off a search.
It is believed the 36-year-old fell into the water and then got caught in the propeller of a boat.
He had been living in Amsterdam for 10 years.
Almost 4 weeks on from his death his funeral mass will take place on Thursday.
His sister Anne Ravanona says this week will help bring some closure.
