My sister is in receipt of: Child Benefit, Single Parents Allowance, Rent Allowance,Medical Card. How is she affected?

Children’s allowance has been reduced by €16 per child per month.  Other allowances by €8 per week.  There will be a charge of €0.50 per item on medical card prescriptions.  Details of when this will be effective from will be announced by the Minister for Health.
