Champions League draw

Dec 18th, 2009, 2:14 pm

The draw for the knock out stages of the Champions League has thrown up some mouth watering ties. Jose Mourinho will visit Stamford Bridge for the first time since his departure in 2007, after his Inter Milan side were drawn against Chelsea. The other Milanese giants will also take on Premier League opposition as David Beckham and his AC Milan teammates face Manchester United. Elsewhere defending champions Barcelona will take on Stuttgart, Bayern Munich face Fiorentina, Olympiakos will be up against Bordeaux, Sevilla were drawn with CSKA Moscow, while the Galacticos of Real Madrid will go head to head with Lyon. The draw for the last 32 of the Europa League was also made today. Liverpool will take on Romanian side Unirea Urziceni, Everton will face Sporting Lisbon, while Fulham have a tough task after being drawn against the holders Shaktar Donetsk.
