Bono says U2 are ‘humbled’ to be headlining next year’s Glastonbury Festival.

This is the 40th anniversary of the UK Show.

 
It will be the band’s first festival gig for more than 25 years.

 
No other headliners have been confirmed – although David Bowie and Muse are rumoured to be close to agreeing to appear next June.
