Insurance premiums to rise

Insurance premiums look set to increase following the recent flood damage.

Flooded home-owners are being urged to make their claims as early as possible.

Also, companies are reminding people to keep photographic evidence of the damage – before throwing things away.

AXA Insurance says they have already received hundreds of claims and are looking at estimates of 10 million euro.
