A man’s been killed in a crash in County Meath overnight.

The 2 car collision happened on the main Drogheda to Ashbourne road, in the townland of ‘The Bolies’ at 9 o’clock.

The dead man was a foreign national in his thirties, while two people in the other car were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The road was closed for a time, but has now re-opened.
