Fionn is take a much needed break so Sinead Gleeson is at the helm tonight.

On Cultureshock tonight, Pat Boran, poet and publisher is our special guest live in studio and will discuss his new book ‘The Invisible Prison’ and also the stories that are hitting the headlines this week.

With so many people losing their jobs as of late, our special topic this week will be a discussion on turning hobbies into jobs. Curt Jackson, Bill Haneman and Deirdre Geraghty all tell their stories of how they have defied the recession and made their interests into their profession.

Author Christian Landers will discuss his new book as he seeks to find out exactly what is ‘The Stuff White People Like’.

John Ronson, author of ‘The Men Who Stare at Goats’ which has now been made into a major motion picture, talks to Cultureshock about his book hitting screens worldwide.

On the Dublin Stage at the Tivoli theatre, ‘Adolf’ is a dark and gritty portrayal of the plays ominous title character. Author and sole performer Pip Upton describes why and how his portrayal of Adolf Hitler came to be.

Daniel Sloss, the U.K’s youngest comedian on the circuit at the tender age of 18 explains what exactly it is like being the baby of the tour and if it is all laughs in the life of a young comedian.
