Texting Number 085-8022859 - Connect, the National Adults Counselling Service, is to open until 12.30am tonight and tomorrow night following today’s launch of the Dublin Diocesean Report. The service provides telephone based counselling to survivors of abuse at freephone 1800 477 477 from the Republic of Ireland and 00800 477 477 77 from Northern Ireland. The normal opening hours for the service is from 6pm to 10pm Wednesday to Sunday. Further additional hours may be added over the weekend based on demand for the service. www.connectcounselling.ie.
