INGREDIENTS:
Fresh Apple (Granny Smith) 1
No.Vodka 45ml
Apple Sour liqueur 30ml
Lime Juice 15ml
METHOD:
1. Keep a martini glass aside to chill.
2. Cut apple into small cubes and blend it with ice, apple sour and lemon juice.
3. Strain juice to remove excess pulp.
4. Take a cocktail shaker with 4 – 5 cubes of ice, add juice and vodka.
5. Shake it well.
6. Pour into a chilled martini glass.
7. Serve garnished with thin slices of apple.
NOTE:
Most recipes call for apple juice but we insist on using freshly squeezed apple juice for that freshness and zing.
