The funerals of two young women killed a tragic road crash in County Galway will be held today.
19-year-old Marie Conneely from Baile na hAbhann in Connemara and 20-year-old Sarah Byrne from Headford in County Galway will be laid to rest this afternoon.
They died alongside their friends Teresa Molloy from Connemara and Sorcha Rose McLaughlin from Mulgannon in County Wexford, when their car collided with a truck just outside Ballindine on Tuesday.
A fifth woman was critically injured and is being treated at Beaumont Hospital in Dublin.
The victims were all students at NUI Galway.
