The former Bosnian Serb leader Radovan Karadzic is promising another boycott of his war crimes trial today.
He failed to show at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia yesterday, claiming he didn’t have enough time to prepare.
He’s representing himself to face 11 counts of war crimes, including genocide.
