There’s been a further delay to the publication of a report into clerical child abuse in the Dublin Archdiocese.

The Justice Minister Dermot Ahern last night instructed his officials to go back to the High Court, amid continuing concerns that details in the report could jeopardise criminal prosecutions.

The court ruled last week that the report can be published, once references to one person were removed.

This latest delay means the document won’t be released this week.
