Thousands of swords seized in Dublin
Gardai have seized around 7000 swords and a number of air-rifles in an operation in Dublin.
The weaponry was recovered during a series of raids in at a number of premesis in the Smithfield area of the north inner city last Monday morning.
The haul includes almost 7,000 swords and a number of air rifles.
Two men in their 20′s were questioned at Dublin’s Bridewell garda station but have since been released withougt charge.
A file is being sent to the DPP.
