Three men have been charged with assaulting a father-of-three who died in hospital this afternoon.
40-year-old James Doyle suffered serious head injuries during a row outside a nightclub in Gorey in Wexford in the early hours of Saturday morning.
His 26-year-old cousin Neil Doyle was also injured in the incident.
Three Eastern European men with separate addresses in the town, appeared before Wexford District Court this evening.
They were each charged with intentionally or recklessly causing serious harm to James Doyle and with assaulting Neil Doyle on Forte Road in Gorey.
All three were remanded in custody to reappear at Cloverhill Court on November 19th.
