A woman has died after being stabbed in Co Offaly.
The incident happened at around 7 o’clock this evening at an apartment in Tullamore.
She was brought to the nearby Midland Regional Hospital but died a short time later.
The scene has been sealed off and a Garda investigation into the incident is underway.
