Direct Sales Executive
The Direct Sales Executive role will undertake the following tasks:-
- Sell advertising, promotions and sponsorships directly
- Create and build strong working relationships with direct clients
- Meet and exceed revenue targets set by the company
- Generate own leads and maintain database on a daily basis
- Cold-call potential clients on a national platform
- Complete all paperwork in a timely and professional manner and in compliance with company procedures
- Work closely with scriptwriters and the production department on client briefs
- To promote Newstalk 106-108 as a viable advertising medium
Essential:
- Minimum 1 year’s media sales experience with national media in Ireland
- Full clean driver’s license and have own car
- Experience with computer applications to include Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Desirable:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- An ability to work as part of a highly focused sales team
- Highly motivated individual working strongly on own initiative
The role is based in our Dublin office selling nationally.
