A new study shows sixty per cent of 18 to 35 year olds in Ireland are in favour of
abortion being legalised.

The survey was carried out by Red C for the Irish Examiner.

Almost 10% of that age group have been involved in a relationship where an abortion took place, while three out of four women also believed the morning after pill should be available over the counter.
