Gardai in Dublin are appealing for witnesses to a fatal road crash on the N11 in Cabinteely yesterday that claimed the life of a man in his late 70s.
The crash between a car and an ambulance happened at the junction of Johnstown Road and the N11 just before 1pm.
The man who was being transported to St. Vincent’s Hospital at the time of the crash was taken to Loughlinstown Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
