20 new jobs are being created in Dublin.
AOL Global Operations Limited is creating the software engineering jobs with immediate effect.
The internet provider has been based here for the past 10 years and currently employs 133 people.
The majority of the new jobs are with the Media Technology division.
Aengus McClean is Head of AOL Global Operations.
“This is a very exciting time for AOL, and particularly for our expanding operations in Dublin” he said
“We have a very clear goal to become the leading web services company in the world, and our Irish operations will play a crucial role in our success” he added.
