Up to 400 new jobs are on the way to Dublin.
Stream Global Services will create the positions at its base in Santry.
The company provides technical support, customer services and sales for IT and hi-tech companies.
It currently employs 300 staff at the north Dublin facility.
The company said the operations will come on stream later this year.
Stream employs some 30,000 people at call centres in 22 different countries globally.
The firm is also quoted on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).
