Coronation Street star Susan Cleaver has been charged with drink-driving.

Police say the actress, who plays Eileen Grimshaw in the soap, was stopped in the Northenden area of Manchester yesterday.

She was driving a Land Rover Discovery when she was pulled over less than a
mile from her home.
