The cover version of ‘Everybody Hurts’ has been confirmed as the fastest selling charity single of the century so far.

The song – to help victims of the Haiti earthquake – sold nearly half a million last week.

The track features a line-up including Cheryl Cole, Leona Lewis, Michael Buble and Robbie Williams.
