The Fine Gael TD Lucinda Creighton has lashed out at her own party
for inviting developers who owe money to NAMA to make political donations to Fine Gael.

Speaking at the MacGill Summer School in Glenties, she said it’s not a good image for Fine Gael to have NAMA developers and bankers photographed playing golf with the party leader.

She said political parties have a responsibility to exercise discretion and good judgement on who they take donations from.

And she said her party should not have accepted donations from developers linked to NAMA.
