Jerry Flannery will miss the rest of Ireland’s 6 Nations campaign after being given a 6 week ban for kicking French winger Alexis Palisson last weekend.
The Munster hooker won’t be free to play until the end of March, and will miss the games against England, Wales and Scotland.
Flannery does have the right to appeal.
