The Independent Monitoring Commission will today publish its latest report on paramilitary activity in the North.

It’s expected to raise concerns over the threat posed by dissident Republicans.

Earlier this week, the Justice Minister Dermot Ahern said the IMC regards the threat as “significant and severe”

This is the commission’s 23rd report and it covers the period from September 1st 2009 to February 28th 2010.
