Irish rugby coach Declan Kidney has refused to rule out any of his walking wounded ahead of this Saturday’s 6 nations showdown with France in Paris.
Rival outhalves Ronan O’Gara and Jonathan Sexton are expected to train fully this afternoon, once again igniting the debate over the Ireland number 10 shirt. However following an assured display from O’Gara against Italy on Saturday, the Munster man is likely to retain the play-making duties.
In a further positive, Paul O’Connell is also clear to face the French after he was forced off with a head injury at the weekend.
Andrew Trimble, Stephen Ferris and Donncha O’Callaghan all remain injury concerns, they will be monitored over the 24 hours, with the team due to be named tomorrow afternoon.
