Chinese businessman Kenny Huang has made an offer to buy Liverpool. Huang has held talks with the Royal Bank of Scotland about repaying the £237million owed to them by the Merseysiders. He is keen to get the deal done in the next few days to give manager Roy Hodgson a chance to bring in some more players before the close of the transfer window. Liverpool co-owners Tom Hicks and George Gillett put the club up for sale in April earlier this year.
