The newspaper’s lead story says documents the HSE was supposed to hand over on the deaths of children in its care have still not been produced. The report goes on to say this is delaying the work of the independent review set up following the murder of teenager, Daniel McAnaspie, who was in HSE care.

The Irish Times leads with “Pressure on Moriarty tribunal as findings withdrawn”
The paper says businessman, Dermot Desmond, has been informed that findings of the Moriarty tribunal concerning him have been withdrawn. This it says puts further pressure on the 13-year-old tribunal.

The Irish Examiner has the headline “Public ‘at risk’ over fire service failings”
The paper reports on an internal report of Dublin Fire Brigade, the country’s largest fire rescue division, which says a lack of proper planning and training is putting the public at risk.

The Mirror has the headline “Sorry Ronan” on its front page
The paper says Ronan Keating’s ‘sex text lover’ had secret talks with him at the weekend during which she told him she never wanted to wreck his marriage.

The newspaper says Keating has cleared his diary to save his marriage ahead of starting on Australia’s X Factor as a judge. The paper highlights that Ronan was still wearing his wedding ring yesterday, Yvonne was not.

The paper leads with the story of 6-year-old, Amy Ferguson, who is healthy and bubbly after receiving a second heart because her body rejected an earlier transplant. The little girl from Tallaght has returned to school and his in training for her sports day.
