The great Dermot Earley passed away on June 23rd, 2010, a death that was mourned by all who had met him. We’re lucky to count ourselves amongst that number because he came into us here in August 2008 to talk about his life first as a Roscommon footballer, then as a high-ranking member of the Irish Defence Forces.
