George speaks to Brenda Power about the noughties
Over the last ten years the country has moved from the glitz of the Celtic Tiger to the gloom of the recession which the decade ended in. During that decade journalist and broadcaster Brenda Power was commenting on events which unfolded in Irish society. She has brought these columns together and has published them in a book called The Noughties, From Glitz to Gloom (Published by Collins Press, Price €12.99). She joined George to talk about how society changed so much in the space of those ten years.
