We talk to controversial charity founder Barbara Harris whose charity, Project Prevention, gives birth control, and in some cases sterilisation, to drug-addicts. Marie Byrne, founder of the Ashling Group and former heroin addict Julie O’Toole will also be on to talk about their experiences and opinions.
