Wayne Rooney scored twice as Manchester United went back on top of the Premier League, beating Fulham three nil.
Dmitar Berbatov was also on target as United moved two points clear.
Rooney has now taken his tally for the season to 32, needing another ten to equal Cristiano Ronaldo’s record of 42.
Elsewhere Manchester City grabbed an injury time equaliser to draw one all at Sunderland.
Adam Johnson scored his first goal for City to cancel out Kenwynne Jones’ 9th minute header.
In the Scottish Cup quarter finals Dundee Untied held Rangers to a three all draw at Ibrox.
