Aug 8th, 2011, 4:58 pm

Dil Wickremasinghe invited five professional women who work in the media industry to voice their opinions on the lack of women on air in Ireland.

Dil was joined by journalist and broadcaster Margaret E. Ward (Irish Times, Sunday Times, Newstalk, TV3 and RTE), Barbara Scully (on the organising committee of Women On Air, writer, blogger “From my kitchen table”), Helen McCormack (journalist and radio producer), Angela Douglas (broadcaster) and Hazel Larkin (writer, journalist, co-editor of Womens Views on News).
