A 52-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death of a 12-year-old boy in a fire in Dublin 11 years ago.
Stephen Hughes-Connors was asleep in a makeshift hut made of pallets, doors and carpets at Rossfield Avenue, Brookfield in Tallaght when it was set alight.
It happened at around 5am on the morning of September 1st 2001.
