Priory Hall residents will have to wait longer to hear about the status of their temporary accommodation costs.
Some 100 residents of the North Dublin Complex were evacuated in October over fire safety concerns.
Dublin City Council was ordered to pay the cost of their alternate accommodation.
It has applied to the Supreme Court to stop the payment.
The Supreme Court today put back the case for mention on the 16th February.
