€1.4billion house made of shredded money

Artist Frank Buckley has turned a new unused office building called the Glass House in Coke Lane in Smithfield Dublin into a house made of money. Frank managed to persuade the mint to give him €1.4 billion in hard cash to use for his art project.
Unfortunately the money is shredded and is no longer legal tender. Henry McKean went to visit the most expensive house in the world.
