American Singer Melissa Etheridge says it’s time for western authorities to let go of their drug obssession and start to embrace holistic and plant medicines.
The musician who openly admits using medicinal marajuana was speaking to Orla Barry on The Green Room.
Etheridge was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2004 and has used medicinal cannabis to combat the effects of the chemotherapy drugs.
The singer who announced that she was gay in 1993 is mother to four children and is currently dating Nurse Jackie creator Linda Wallem.
