Sugar is so toxic it must be regulated like alcohol and cigarettes! That’s according to the latest scientific research which says that sugar contributes to 35 million deaths a year worldwide! George spoke to Dr. Mary Flynn, Chief Specialist in Public Health Nutrition at the Food Safety Authority of Ireland, about the research, The Toxic Truth about Sugar, which has been published in the journal, Nature.
