Gardaí are appealing for help in locating a 65-year-old woman with Alzheimer's who went missing yesterday morning.

Peggy Mangan left her home in Mount Tallant Avenue in the Terenure / Harolds Cross area of South Dublin at 11am yesterday. 

The woman is described as being 5 ft tall and of a very slim build. She was walking a black and white cavalier King Charles dog and wearing black trousers and a white coat.

She was later seen on Clanbrassil Street at around midday and in Glasnevin at around 3pm. There was also a possible sighting reported near the M50 Finglas junction at around 5.30pm yesterday evening.
