Graham Dwyer’s murder trial has heard 847 texts were sent from his work phone to Elaine O’Hara between January 2008 and December 2009.
The architect of Kerrymount Close, Foxrock is accused of murdering the childcare worker in 2012 to satisfy his own desire to stab a woman to death.
A statement by a close friend of Elaine O’Hara’s was also read into evidence on Day 28 of the trial.
She told Gardai Elaine used to talk about men she’d met on BDSM websites who would tie her up and cut her during sex and she used to enjoy it.
She told her she became pregnant with a man called “Adam” who “wasn’t solely with her” but miscarried in her bed one night.
The trial will resume hearing evidence tomorrow morning.
