Kevin Walsh was at home watching his sister take part in the Rose of Tralee competition.

He waited patiently during the horrendously long pause before Daithi O'Se finally announced the winner.

Once he heard his sister being announced as the Rose of Tralee, he couldn't contain his joy.

He posted this heartwarming video on his facebook page after the big announcement.
