Labour leader Joan Burton has criticised the two opposition parties for voting in favour of the bank guarantee.
The Tánaiste says Fianna Fáil were responsible for wrecking the economy, and Sinn Féin is incapable of responsible government.
She was speaking to delegates on the opening night of Labour's annual conference in Killarney.
