The British Prime Minister has admitted young people in the UK have suffered sex abuse on an "industrial scale".
His comments come on the day a review found 370 children may have been victims of gangs in Oxfordshire, with police and social workers missing opportunities to end abuse.
David Cameron wants the "wilful neglect" of children to be made a criminal offence.
