100 new jobs are to be created at the digital transaction management company DocuSign.
They are opening a new European Hub in Dublin, and are already recruiting for the positions.
Their customers include Three Ireland, Gap Partnership and Future Finance.
They are basing their new director of cyber security and their EMEA recruitment director in their Dublin office.
The expansion into Ireland comes following a breakout in 2014, where the company surpassed 50 million users worldwide and 100,000 customers who use DocuSign.
The firm has offices in Chicago, Dublin, London, New York, Paris, San Francisco, Sao Paulo, Seattle, and Sydney.
It has raised more than US$230m (€209m) to date from strategic investors - including Salesforce Ventures, Google Ventures, VISA, Sapphire Ventures and Samsung Venture Investment Corporation.
