Bobby Kerr hosted a special edition of Down to Business on Newstalk today, broadcasting live from the Trump International Hotel & Golf Links in Doonbeg, Co Clare.
The hotel was bought by US business tycoon Donald Trump earlier this year. In an interview with Bobby, Trump defended the welcome extended to him by the Minister for Finance Michael Noonan when he visited Co Clare in May.
He revealed his plans for the Doonbeg which include a further investment in the region of €45 million, and an effort to bring the Ryder Cup to the location.
