An elderly man (91) had died in a fire involving two oil tanks just outside Belfast.
The blaze broke out at a domestic garage and oil tank at Thorndale in Carryduff just before 1 o'clock this morning. A second oil tank went up in flames, spreading to a nearby bungalow.
Emergency services responded to the call and a 91 year old man was found injured at the scene. He was pronounced dead.

It took a number of hours to extinguish the fire with over 40 firefighters called to the scene. The blaze is now being investigated.
