Erin Brockovich has warned that families of the victims in the Berkeley Balcony tragedy are being unwittingly shut out of a key hearing that could impact their search for answers and justice.
The Human Rights activist says the lead contractor for the apartment complex has sought a restraining order to prevent district attorney investigators from examining evidence without a representative of the company present.
The matter was postponed until next Wednesday.
